About Pawz in Style

Pawz in Style was created from a genuine passion for animals and the belief that grooming should be about far more than appearance alone.

Since opening in 2013, our goal has always been to create a calm, safe, and welcoming environment where pets are treated with patience, kindness, and genuine care — just like family.

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working with dogs and cats of all breeds, personalities, coat types, and grooming needs. Between our Sydney and Sunshine Coast salons, we now groom around 180–200 pets every week, giving us extensive hands-on experience with everything from first puppy grooms to nervous, elderly, reactive, and heavily matted pets.

What makes Pawz in Style different is our focus on comfort, wellbeing, and honest care.

Our team includes experienced groomers, professional dog handlers, and veterinary experience within the salon environment, allowing us to safely manage dogs that may require extra patience, confidence, or support during grooming. We pay close attention not only to how pets look, but also to how they feel throughout the entire process.

We understand that every dog is different. Some love grooming from day one, while others need time, trust, and gentle handling to feel comfortable. Our approach is always calm, respectful, and tailored to each individual pet.

We also believe in honest communication with owners. Whether it’s coat condition, matting, skin issues, behaviour, or realistic grooming expectations, we aim to guide and educate without judgement.

Our new logo was inspired by our dog Puppy, who originally came to us as a grooming customer. Over time, we developed a very special bond with him, and eventually he became part of our family. His story represents the trust, connection, and love we believe every dog deserves to feel when they come through our doors, which is why he became the inspiration behind our new look and identity.

Our salons are fully air-conditioned, professionally maintained, and monitored by 24-hour security cameras across all areas for added safety and peace of mind.
